Notability of Foremost[edit]

A tag has been placed on Foremost, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add ((hangon)) on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. number29(Talk) 08:11, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not delete the tag yourself. number29(Talk) 08:11, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Foremost[edit]

I've nominated Foremost, an article you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but in this particular case I do not feel that Foremost satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion; I have explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Foremost and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Foremost during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. User:RandomHumanoid(talk) 08:22, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from articles that you have created yourself. If you continue to remove them, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Jmlk17 08:22, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

You have been temporarily blocked for repeatedly removing speedy deletion notices from articles in violation of the three-revert rule despite being asked not to do so. If you wish to cooperate with the community, you are welcome to do so after the block expires.

Foremost speedy tag removed[edit]

I have replied to a message you left at Talk:Foremost. SkyIsFalling 5:36, Thursday, 14 June 2007

A tag has been placed on Foremost, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as articles for deletion. If you can indicate how Foremost is different from the previously posted material, or if you can indicate why this article should not be deleted, I advise you to place the template ((hangon)) underneath the other template on the article, and also put a note on Talk:Foremost saying why this article should stay. An admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 4 under General criteria. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. We welcome your help in trying to improve Wikipedia, and we request you to follow these instructions. SkyIsFalling 5:55, Thursday, 14 June 2007
