thank you for assisting, the administrator explained to me in details that my account was blocked mainly because I violated Wikipedia policy by mainly promoting myself and not editing correctly. that I accept completely. I have also come to understand that writing about myself is against the policy. the lessons learned from the Wikipedia team is that every account is being monitored and both administrators and account user must play according to rules by adhering to Wikipedia policy. Iam actually not sure about what to edit next, but will be editing more with caution to avoid sanctions. I humbly request for my Wikipedia blocked account to be unblocked. My account is blocked for clearly not building an encyclopedia in addition to other issues which includes promoting myself. Most important lesson for me here is that every user account is being carefully monitored, that editors as well as administrators must work according to Wikipedia rules/guideline. that user account is blocked not as a punishment but to stop offenders from causing more harm to Wikipedia community. my offence/wrong doings was not building an encyclopedia, not editing correctly most times and promoting myself as explained by the administrator. My account was blocked for not building an encyclopedia and irc issues. editing incorrectly and self promoting chief innocent Ebere Chukwu @innohees enterprises was my biggest mistake and regrettably so.
