A tag has been placed on The Everett Clinic, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.
If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add ((hangon))
on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Peasantwarrior (talk) 19:37, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

As the largest non-union health care employer in the state of Washington, and one of the largest health care providers for patients statewide - this article merits inclusion in Wikipedia. --Everettclinic (talk) 19:59, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
So why then is it okay for there to be articles on Wikipedia about Harborview Medical Center, Providence Health Services, Children's Hospital (all healthcare organizations here in our state)and not The Everett Clinic. I am happy to put in more references on the strides the clinic is making in Medidcare advocacy, cancer research, outreach programs such as Healing the Children, and national coverage (US World Report) of our unique stand on generic drugs. Would that give it merit? --Everettclinic (talk) 20:14, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
