It looks like you did not follow the instructions I gave in our IRC chat conversation. Most of the sources on this draft are unsuitable for a biography of a living person. Please remove all of the following: Primary sources (e.g. youtube videos, author's sites, websites affiliated with the author). Please also remove all government sites.
Wikipedia articles ought to be summaries of what the reliable secondary sources say. Everything else is irrelevant for the purposes of establishing notability - which is what the AFC process is intended for.
I would also like to see you fix all the citations. You need to use the citation template for each reference remaining in the draft. The good news is the Wikipedia Visual Editor has a feature that can automatically insert citations with the correct template.
