Jack o'Lantern[edit]

A tag has been placed on Jack o'Lantern, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template ((hangon)) to the article and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Helene Rask[edit]

I suspect that recent edits to this article are mainly the work of a disgruntled Wiki contributor whose ramblings are now hosted elsewhere, but can still be reached using a link on the Helene Rask page. Guess which one. Also 'Rask Models, Norway's most popular model agency' is blatant advertising - not to mention hyperbole. Damansky (talk) 00:22, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

September 2008[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to British Rail Class 86, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Olana North (talk) 06:39, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Also, please could you makie yorself familiar with the WP:NOT#NEWS policies. Olana North (talk) 06:39, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

British Rail Class 86[edit]

If you make any further edits to Wikipedia concerning the owners 86233, you'll be blocked. This site is an encyclopedia, not a forum for you and your friends to make personal attacks against people you don't particularly like. Furthermore, you should be aware that posting the sort of material you added to British Rail Class 86 is legally problematic and can result in legal action being taken against Wikipedia, yourself and your internet service provider. Whilst we don't want to see legal action taken against any of our contributors, we especially do not want people taking legal action against Wikipedia over the material our contributors add. We have a number of policies we have instated to direct our contributors on what they can write and what administrators will generally deal with. I would strongly urge you to read through our core policy on writing about living persons, our core policy on only contributing material which can be sourced to reliable sources, such as publicly available newspapers and news websites and our core policy on only ever using reliable sources. I would also ask that you read our instruction document on the manner in which you should write when contributing to Wikipedia.

Many thanks in advance. Nick (talk) 15:54, 7 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

what gets me is although attacks at the time were made on me alone, 86233 did belong to me! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jonttu (talkcontribs) 23:09, 19 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
