I respectfully disagree. If you look through Category:Surnames you will find a lot of articles set up that way, i.e. the header says that the surname usually belongs to a certain ethnicity or country and in the entries there are some that go against the heading. See as examples, Aanes, Abbadie, and Abramson. Let me know if you agree to the current edit. --Brewcrewer 14:37, 17 October 2007 (UTC)
