• "I sent evidence please have a look." -- you mean you outed someone, or tried to out someone, in an AfD. That's not the same. In addition, I strongly suspect you have an undeclared conflict of interest and are participating in a concerted effort to keep promotional articles for non-notable people on Wikipedia. If you actually have some evidence for your accusations, you may send that to the Arbitration Committee, which handles private information. See contact information at [[WP:ARBCOM#LISTS]. But that doesn't take away from the fact that you need to make clear what your conflict of interest in, and that you need to state unequivocally that you will agree to our policies, including WP:OUTING--without that, an unblock request is not likely to be successful.
