Just a note on Category:Casablanca Records artists and Category:Mezzo-soprano vocalists – the way we add articles to a category is to add "[[Category:Casablanca Records artists]]" to each article that belongs in the category, not to edit the category and add the article names there. I've cleaned these categories up. Happy editing, —swpbT 15:00, 18 January 2017 (UTC)
Also, with Category:Mezzo-soprano vocalists – please avoid creating categories that duplicate existing categories. I've redirected this category to the existing Category:Mezzo-sopranos. Thanks. —swpbT 15:04, 18 January 2017 (UTC)
Category:Synclavier songs, which you created, has been nominated for possible deletion, merging, or renaming. A discussion is taking place to see if it abides with the categorization guidelines. Hello. Some of your recent genre changes have conflicted with our neutral point of view and verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you seek consensus for certain edits by discussing the matter on the article's talk page. Thank you. 115.164.209.63 (talk) 06:22, 23 January 2017 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Desire Wire (Cindy Bullens album), disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. read WP:MOSALBUM Jennica✿ / talk 01:48, 26 March 2017 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Newborn Woman (Vicki Lawrence album). Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. This is an automated message from a bot about this edit, where you removed the deletion template from an article before the deletion discussion was complete. You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Silver Eagle (Limey album) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Please read WP:NALBUM. Simply being released by a notable artist does not make an album notable in its own right. If an album charted on Billboard and/or had a big hit single on it, then it's likely notable. But most of the albums you're creating are obscure limited releases with no reviews, no charting positions, etc. Ten Pound Hammer • (What did I screw up now?) 03:13, 3 October 2017 (UTC)
Hi, this is a list of reliable sources for album reviews Wikipedia:WikiProject Albums/Sources and also most newspapers and major magazines count as well. Amazon, discogs, bandcamp, soundcloud, itunes, facebook, youtube dont qualify. If you can find any reviews by reliable sources you need to present them at the AFD discussion and add them to the articles, thanks Atlantic306 (talk) 01:41, 4 October 2017 (UTC)
88ui7, that's not enough reason to have an article, just "because it's missing from Wikipedia". You also have to demonstrate it's notable enough to have an article in the first place, by passing the criterion listed at WP:NALBUM. Just adding links to Discogs (which is not considered a reliable source by Wikipedia standards) or to iTunes, Amazon or some other store where you can buy the album is not considered a source, because all it shows is that the album exists, not that it's notable in any way. What you need to provide are one of the following: (1) two or more reviews of the album from professional sources, such as music magazines or newspapers, AllMusic, the Encyclopedia of Popular Music, etc. but not from blogs or websites of "music enthusiasts"; (2) chart performance in countries around the world; (3) articles (again, from professional sources) that talk about the album in detail, providing information about its recording, sales, awards, etc. If all you have is "XXXX is the third album from singer Joe Smith, released in 1974", and a track listing, then the album is likely to be nominated for deletion. The article Three (2011 album) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
No significant coverage in reliable sources, failing WP:NALBUMS
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the ((proposed deletion/dated))
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing ((proposed deletion/dated))
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hello 88ui7,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Neverland (2001 album) for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is significant enough to be included in an encyclopedia, and the artist doesn't have an article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

A tag has been placed on Ships in the Night (album), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, such as at Articles for deletion. Please stop making disruptive edits.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. Your actions today on Draft:Steal the Night, Steal the Night and Draft:Motion (Geoff Muldaur album) have been far from helpful. There is never a reason to move a draft to Wikipedia space, your move to reinstate an article redirected by community consensus was editing against consensus and your move to mainspace of a draft circumventing the AfC process was also disruptive. This needs to stop. Notability is not a matter of opinion, but rather the meeting of some fairly objective criteria. Nothing you did today shows any understanding of that. John from Idegon (talk) 04:43, 29 December 2017 (UTC)
An article you recently created, For You and I, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. When adding links to material on external sites, as you did to Baby Come Back (Player song), please ensure that the external site is not violating the creator's copyright. Linking to websites that display copyrighted works is acceptable as long as the website's operator has created or licensed the work. Knowingly directing others to a site that violates copyright may be considered contributory infringement. This is particularly relevant when linking to sites such as YouTube or Sci-Hub, where due care should be taken to avoid linking to material that violates its creator's copyright. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you believe the linked site is not violating copyright with respect to the material, then you should do one of the following:
If the material is available on a different site that satisfies one of the above conditions, link to that site instead. Binksternet (talk) 23:20, 4 May 2019 (UTC)
