Note that our global spam blacklist covers all Wikimedia projects (Wikipedia, Wiktionary, etc.) across all languages world-wide. It's also used by most of the 1500 to 2000 unaffiliated Wikis that also run on Wikia software. Depending on which rumors you believe, the big search engines may also be consulting it when they're reviewing their own blacklists of search engine spammers (nobody knows for sure). Inclusion on this list is reserved for only our most persistent spammers.
