Interested in becoming a regular contributor to Wikipedia? Create an account! Your , so you might receive messages on this page that were not intended for you.To have your own user pages, keep track of articles you've edited in a watchlist, and have access to a few other special features, please consider registering an account! It's fast and free. (Note: Sometimes, due to vandalism, you may be temporarily unable to register). Applying an indefinite block to this IP is not appropriate, unless it is a soft block, because the IP address will later be reallocated to a different, unrelated, and unsuspecting user, thereby impairing access to Wikipedia in an inappropriate fashion. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking. The best approach is to determine the CIDR IP numerical address range and make a higher-level decision to soft-block the entire range. http://www.arin.net/ (for approximately North America) and related sites can help to identify that range. Caution is advised when applying a range block as other Wikipedians, both registered and otherwise, may be affected.
Review contributions carefully if blocking this IP address or reverting its contributions. If a block is needed, administrators should consider a soft block using Template:Anonblock. Network administrators, to monitor this IP address for vandalism, can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format. |

Hi I noticed most of your posts at RSN are not signed. If you could please sign your posts with (~~~~

Editing by unregistered users from your shared IP address or address range may be currently disabled due to abuse. However, you are still able to edit if you sign in with an account. If you are currently blocked from creating an account, and cannot create one elsewhere in the foreseeable future, you may follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Request an account to request that volunteers create your username for you. Please use an email address issued to you by your ISP, school or organization so that we may verify that you are a legitimate user on this network. Please reference this block in the comment section of the form.
Please check on this list that the username you choose has not already been taken. We apologize for any inconvenience. Ad Orientem (talk) 00:42, 17 January 2019 (UTC)

Request reason:
Please undo this action. I do not have an account, and I have not edited to make any disruption despite the inaccurate summary provided by Ad Orientem. I have followed instructions on signing posts when provided and I was given no notice or information pertaining to this action.
Decline reason:
Suggest you create an account and log in. ANonymous editors from this address have been blocked. I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

No I'm not. I guess you're demanding an email address from my school to try to get someone's name which is a sick stalker thing to do. 73.76.213.67 (talk) 02:28, 17 January 2019 (UTC)

Request reason:
to Dlohcierekim, I have been provided no valid reasoning for the block. Therefore there is no way to say that I "understand what you have been blocked for" when nobody will tell me. I guess this is just a trap to try to steal someone's identity which is supposed to be forbidden by the "Outing" policy but you will not let me create an account without providing my school email which would steal my identity. Since I have not caused damage or disruption and have tried to make useful contributions and no other reason has been given, please give the reason rather than false accusations by people who are not telling the truth.
Decline reason:
As noted in the block log, the original reason for the block is block evasion. If you are not evading a block, you should create an account to avoid this problem. As noted below, you do not need to provide an email address to do so, or you can create an email address specifically for Wikipedia. 331dot (talk) 08:22, 17 January 2019 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
