You are more than welcome to continue making quality contributions to Wikipedia. Note that because you are a logged-in user, you can create articles yourself, and don't have to post a request. However, you may continue submitting work to Articles for Creation if you prefer.
Thank you for helping improve Wikipedia!
Carwil (talk) 04:35, 6 September 2017 (UTC)Hello, *Yseut229*. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Oton de Grandson".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply and remove the ((db-afc))
, ((db-draft))
, or ((db-g13))
code.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! CptViraj (📧) 13:54, 27 September 2019 (UTC)
You are more than welcome to continue making quality contributions to Wikipedia. If your account is more than four days old and you have made at least 10 edits you can create articles yourself without posting a request. However, you may continue submitting work to Articles for Creation if you prefer.

Getting more practice
Hi there, *Yseut229*, and welcome to Women in Red. It's good to have one more contributor involved in Wiki Edu. On the basis of Elizabeth Bradford, you seem to have acquired all the basic editing experience needed for writing biographies of women. I hope you will be inspired to create many more and encourage your students to spend more time writing about women. Please let me know if you run into any difficulties or need assistance. Happy editing!--Ipigott (talk) 10:11, 15 April 2020 (UTC)

Hi, I'm Maruf Parvez. I have noticed that you are an active editor at Wikipedia and have made too many edits. Will you tell me what kind of edits are you doing and how you are collecting information? Md Maruf Parvez (talk) 10:10, 10 June 2020 (UTC)

Hi, I have some feedback for the article you've been working on:
Her motto encapsulated her life: musas natura, lacrymas fortuna (Nature sends me muses, but Fortune tears). It is unclear what this means. Can you be more specific or provide additional details?
This has developed nicely! I've updated its class from "Start-class" to "C-class"! Elysia (Wiki Ed) (talk) 16:57, 10 June 2020 (UTC)
Thanks for uploading File:Screen Shot 2020-06-08 at 7.36.01 PM.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 02:41, 14 June 2020 (UTC)

Hi, I have just added Ivypanda.com to MediaWiki talk:Spam-blacklist#Ivypanda.com as spam links have been added by several IP accounts. I am letting you know as you added a reference to the site to Qismati and Nasibi at Special:Diff/951389804. I don't think you were spamming, but on the other hand an anonymous essay is not a WP:RELIABLE source. TSventon (talk) 15:01, 24 March 2021 (UTC)

Hi, I noticed that you recently joined WikiProject France and have an interest in French culture and history. Request reason:
Your reason here Please unblock! I am a professor trying to teach other professors today in a workshop how to edit Wikipedia so that Wikipedia will benefit from their expertise! Not sure why the University's IP account was blocked
Decline reason:
The good news is that you haven't been directly blocked, so it's nothing you did. The bad news is that without knowing the IP or range, we can't do anything about this. What message do you get when you try to edit? If you could repost it in another unblock request, that would be great. — Daniel Case (talk) 17:43, 19 October 2021 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the ((unblock)) template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited The Bridgetower Sonata, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Enlightenment. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Women in Red 8th Anniversary |
In July 2015 around 15.5% of the English Wikipedia's biographies were about women. As of July 2023, 19.61% of the English Wikipedia's biographies are about women. That's a lot of biographies created in the effort to close the gender gap. Happy 8th Anniversary! Join us for some virtual cake and add comments or memories and please keep on editing to close the gap! |
