For a little while, I thought this was becoming less frequent, but have started to notice a pattern in the pages affected. It occurs when the page has wide content like a table.
The effect is seen on:
First described on Village Pump Technical in September at [find post, insert link]
Affected | Not affected | Comment | |
---|---|---|---|
Wikipedia:Village pump (technical) | Possibly the tabbed VP navigation at the top of the page. | ||
Mandate for Palestine | Gaza Strip | Have to scroll way down to find, it could be the table at Special:Permalink/1181749010#1922: Final amendments.
Removing the table and previewing the page (didn’t commit save!): the preview still has small text. |

Measurable space | Measure space | Appears to be because of [1]
In desktop Minerva, the template has a show–hide toggle and the page renders with normal text size. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Measurable_space&useskin=Minerva |

This page. | Has table, but it's not particularly wide at time of writing. |
[Putting this under Journal for now, may create a subpage section such as Issues and move it there later. ⁓ Pelagic ( messages ) 17:57, 26 October 2023 (UTC)]
