This is a list of articles.consider them subjects, not final titles. FAVE denotes ones I'm particularly keen to work on and possible priorities

I've been collecting (read bookmarking) lots of internet resources and photos (gotta ask permission for them though). And I need to go through my books.

Obviously, much of this long term (even pipe dreams!)

Indonesian architecture Vernacular architecture (traditional, largely residential rumah adat)

• FAVE - Javanese vernacular architecture
• Sundanese architecture
• FAVE - Oma sebua (Nias architecture).
• Tongkanan (Torajan)
• Batak
• Longhouse (Dayak) Should the Indonesian/Borneo be seperated into seperate article? Either way, no rush
• Balinese homes
• Rumah Gadang
• Sasak
• Timor (I'd like to do the island as a whole - hopefully people don't have any political hang-ups)
• Dani
• Sumba

The rest

• Javanese palace architecture (perhaps just add/rework existing Kraton article
• Candi of Indonesia (may or may not split into article and list - no rush)

• Individual Candi (several already exist). FAVES for me would be Tretes and Sukuh

• FAVE - Islamic architecture in Indonesia (or Mosques in Indonesia) very interesting actually.
• Forts in Indonesia
• FAVE - Indonesian colonial architecture (this could be further split into styles but that is down the road) . Question would be how to deal with the overwhelming dominance of Java. But i still think we should keep it Indonesia and just acknowledge from the start, it is very Java centric

In the longer term, sub or split articles could be:

• 17th and 18th century styles,
• 19th century neo-classical Indo-European hybrid homes,
• 20th century modern styles

• post WW2-Contemporary (til present)
• Resort architecture (there is some brilliant design amongst heaps of sh**.) visit www.amanresorts.com
• Balinese temples (I think ultimately this should be seperate to the Balinese homes, but they can be combined until large enough)
• Articles on specific elements, even architects (such as Henri Maclaine-Pont). Ie, we have Pendopo.
• Link in existing notable individual building articles and create new as required. such as Demak Mosque and Borobudur.
