Cease and Resist is a London Ontario based 4 piece skate punk band influenced prominently by punk from the early 90s skate punk scene. Inspired by bands like Belvedere, Rancid & Propagandhi.

The band consist of 4 members Mike Boyle, Joey DesRoches, Brad Baily, Marc Baily.
