Klick is a group of companies in the area of health marketing and commercialization.
Klick was founded in 1997.[2] In 2016 Klick established its offices in New York City. According to Medical Marketing + Media, clients at the time included AstraZeneca, Novartis, Roche, Pfizer and Sanofi.[3]
The company introduced the SymPulse in 2017. It was designed to transmit the symptoms of Parkinson's disease to allow them to be felt and understood by care providers.[4][5] In 2021 it created ”Community Unity”, a video series with the Vaccine Confidence Project at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine which discusses frequently asked questions about the COVID-19 vaccines.[6]
In 2022, Klick announced regional hubs in Sao Paulo, London, and Singapore. In addition to its existing offices in Toronto, New York City, and Philadelphia, it also planned to open locations in Basel, Buenos Aires, Munich and Tokyo to complement the hubs.[7][8]
Klick Health is the "world's largest independent health agency".[7] The company has had "double-digit growth every year".[9] In 2006, Klick eliminated internal email systems in favour of a new software program for messaging and project management.[2] The agency's growth is supported by this Genome system, which uses analytics to enhance productivity.[10][11]
The company's structure did not include a human resources department, which some staff cited as a concern.[12][10] Its research and development division is Klick Labs.[13]
