The 2023 North Carolina A&T Aggies football team will represent the North Carolina A&T State University as a member of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) during the 2023 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Aggies, led by first-year head coach Vincent Brown, will play their inaugural season as members of the CAA; Their home games will be played at Truist Stadium.

Previous season

The Aggies finished 7-4 in the regular season and 4-1 in their final season in the Big South Conference. The Aggies would finish 2nd in the conference, losing the Big South Championship Game to Gardner-Webb.
