Matsui is wearing #3. Dshibshm (talk) 21:52, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
A source would be useful - I have yet to see a photo of him holding a jersey - there was no jersey at his press conference. JustSomeRandomGuy32 (talk) 22:19, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
I did see a picture of him in that uniDshibshm (talk) 22:46, 13 January 2008 (UTC)
How could he be wearing #32? It is a retired number. Did the Astros un-retire it? --Street20 (talk) 06:51, 23 March 2008 (UTC)
Why were national flags removed from beside the player's names? They need to be there. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.79.62.16 (talk) 02:16, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
As I have pointed out, there is no reason not to have the flags. They don't disrupt the presentation and add information that readers are likely to want without taking any away. Most sports teams and many baseball teams indicate player nationality. The fact that other MLB rosters don't include information is not a reason to remove information from this template. Removing information for the sake of conformity is not constructive. If the flags were added to all MLB rosters, would there still be an objection? If no, then it's not logical to keep removing it from this one. -- PetevonPete 15 March 2017 21:35 UTC
He is an OUTFIELDER. His Wiki page even proves it.-DANO- (talk) 23:55, 20 January 2009 (UTC)
He's played infield in the minors and you cannot use another Wikipedia page as a source. --OaklandAthleticsfan (talk) 23:59, 20 January 2009 (UTC)
The red/sand colors that exist on the template are way too intense and at a quick glance do not remotely match the colors used on the team's website. I'm trying to correct these colors by adding those provided by SSUR.org (http://www.ssur.org/research/TeamColors/Baseball/MajorLeagueBaseball/MajorLeagueBaseball.htm), as they are dedicated to researching uniforms in team colors in all sports throughout history. I would think they are the most reliable source to derive colors from, as the MLB team sites don't seem to use a consistent solid color, but rather different shades and various gradients. Surely you can see the old red is more like maroon and the old sand is like a bright gold, when in reality, the colors are faded brick red and sand. Y2kcrazyjoker4 (talk) 19:59, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
When Brett Myers was introduced and given his uniform, he was given Number 39, the number he wore with the Phillies. Does anybody have any news on what number Jeff Fulchino will be wearing from now on? ---Peabody —Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.51.216.55 (talk) 19:47, 20 January 2010 (UTC)
I moved Lucas Harrell to the bullpen as was announced recently. Source: http://blog.chron.com/ultimateastros/2013/07/07/astros-lucas-harrell-moved-to-bullpen-indefinitely/ Ehburrus (talk) 20:53, 9 July 2013 (UTC)
