I think this needs to say who uses this phrase. It's really about people who live in the area (and a social circle involving the British prime minister and News International) rather than the term itself. The hook is also confusing as the article says that Clarkson is referring to a Christmas Dinner event in 2010 rather than whether they've ever discussed it at other social gatherings.
