Obviously, God is everywhere and for all time but it would help some of us dwellers in the Vale of Tears to clearly state where these blessed programs are broadcast. I linked to the main article but that is just as vague. It is likely to be a US broadcaster (since they also suffer the same delusion that the entire world is familiar with the location of their particular Nowhereville, just south of That Place) but I cannot a) be certain, and b) be bothered.
