A. It contains a list of all references (sources of information), presented in accordance with the layout style guideline:
B. Reliable sources are cited inline. All content that could reasonably be challenged, except for plot summaries and that which summarizes cited content elsewhere in the article, must be cited no later than the end of the paragraph (or line if the content is not in prose):
Consider expanding the lead section! A two-sentence lead is too short; I suggest adding information about the band's start and their musical style.
Under Tapir!#History, "Tapir! is made up of..." – "is made up" to "consists".
In the same section: "While the band formed in 2019, they only began releasing music in 2022." – how about re-wording this to "The band began releasing music in 2022, although they formed three years prior in 2019".
Also in the same section: "They released "My God" (their first single, written during the COVID-19 pandemic)...", how about "They released "My God" as their first single, written during the COVID-19 pandemic"?
"performing at Paper Dress Vintage" – perhaps a bit of information on the Paper Dress Vintage would improve context at the performance venue. :)
"a being travelling through a fictional world of green hills" – maybe "a being travelling" could be re-worded? I'm confused as what it's supposed to mean. (And green hills mentioned? ;) [Joke])
I spotchecked multiple sources, only two concerns:
"written during the COVID-19 pandemic" – the provided DIY magazine source doesn't verify this.
"Also in August 2022, they performed at Green Man Festival." – The source does state that the band performed at the festival (which I'll assume is the festival given that the source states Green Man Rising, which seems like it) in 2022, but doesn't verify the month, which is August.
Five of the band's members in the given section are without sources. They are all covered in the PIAS source, so just add the sources to the unsourced members and that'll be it.
All prose issues fixed as far as I can tell - let me know if the lead needs any more expanding or tweaking, leads are 100% what I'm worst at when writing full articles :P I removed the part about Paper Dress Vintage since I don't think it's necessary.
As for sources, I fixed the first issue (must've just been that I put the wrong reference name) and added a citation to a Green Man 2022 review that has the date of the festival in it. If there's a better way to do that, let me know!
Fixed two of the other issues; the published date for the second DIY magazine source was autofilled by RefToolbar, but it's also listed on the author's contributor page with a date.
Great, @Suntooooth! I still think the lead could be expanded a sentence or two more, once that's done, I'll be happy to promote this. :) ~ TailsWx (🐾, me!) 19:02, 3 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
