I believe this sentence is important; but I don't understand it well enough to be able to figure out how to improve it. Thus far, I've been dissatisfied with my superficial efforts to find out more about Dr. Inaba so that I can "tweak" this sentence:
" In 1990, it was approved as the type culture of pathogenicity Leptospira in the Leptospira classification committee (レプトスピラ分類委員会, Reputosupira bunrui Iinkai) in Ohsaka.
