User 'Ubiquity' writes "the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia," but in fact, the Park Scholarship is among the most prestigious scholarships in the United States. It is younger than other established scholarships, e.g. the Morehead-Cain and Jefferson Scholarships (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morehead-Cain_Scholarship, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jefferson_Scholars_Foundation), hence why it may not yet have an article.
