In the last paragraph of the "Early life and education" section, after “The Harvey School": Please add the following citation that lists John L. Loeb Jr. as an alumni of the Harvey School - with his graduation year of ‘44 as a recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award: https://www.harveyschool.org/alumni/alumni-hall-of-fame -- Mybestwords (talk) 11:02, 15 December 2018 (UTC)
In the "Organizational memberships" section, add the following citation (which lists John L. Loeb Jr.” as an Executive Trustee) after “the American-Scandinavian Foundation": http://www.amscan.org/about/board-and-trustees/ -- Mybestwords (talk) 11:16, 15 December 2018 (UTC)
There have been many updates to this page, per suggestions and help from the volunteer Wikipedia editors, so that this page won’t read like a resume. I have compared this article to other living people that do not have the “is written like a resume” notation, such as
Nicholas Pritzker: [[1]]
David Koch: [[2]]
and the structure of the John L. Loeb, Jr. page seems very similar.
Please let me know if any other updates need to be made to have you remove the “is written like a resume” notation and I will move forward with requesting those updates. Else, if the page is in the correct format, as-is, please remove the “is written like a resume” notation.
Thanks very much for your help with this. -- Mybestwords (talk) 11:41, 15 December 2018 (UTC)

This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered. |
After the recent updates to this page there are no remaining “citation needed” alerts on the page so I would like to request that the “needs additional citations for verification” notation at the top of the page be removed.
Thanks very much for your help with this.

On November 10, 2016, user: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:%E2%B1%AE added the "is written like a resume" notation to the top of the John Langeloth Loeb Jr. page.
Since this time, there have been many updates to this page, per suggestions and help from the volunteer Wikipedia editors, so that this page won’t read like a resume. I have compared this article to other living people that do not have the “is written like a resume” notation, such as:
Nicholas Pritzker: [[3]]
David Koch: [[4]]
Sandro Salsano: [[5]]
and the structure of the John L. Loeb, Jr. page seems very similar.
I have posted to user: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:%E2%B1%AE 's Talk page on 2/21/2018 and 12/15/2018 and have sent an email to this user, per the advice on this user's Talk page, on 4/11/2018 and 12/15/2018, requesting feedback on what additional updates need to be made to the John Langeloth Loeb Jr. page so that it will merit removing the "is written like a resume" notation at the top of the page. I have not heard back from user: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:%E2%B1%AE after 4 attempts to contact this user and I'm at a loss on what next steps I should take to succeed in having the "is written like a resume" notation removed. I feel like I made a good effort to contact the originator of this notation. Is there anyone else who is available to help me with this?
Thanks in advance for any help someone can offer.
