Please add "Federica" between Joanie and Siwa. Basteperk (talk) 23:26, 10 August 2017 (UTC)
Jojo now has two books published but it's stated in the "merchandise" section she only has one. The New Book is called 'Jojo Siwa things I love fill in book' and the original book is called 'Jojo's Guide to the sweet life'

While I understand that saying that JoJo "came out as a member of the LGBTQ community" could be considered a bit lengthy and confusing, using that statement (or something along the lines of it) seems the most appropriate to me because she doesn't have a specific label yet. Her cousin getting her a shirt that says "Best. Gay. Cousin. Ever." doesn't mean that "gay" is the label that she uses, so I think saying she came out as gay is a bit inappropriate considering her statement about her label. If there's anything I'm wrong about here, please feel free to correct me, but this is just what I think. Redandsymmetry (talk) 01:45, 24 January 2021 (UTC)
Does this person identify as male? Or was born male but now identifies as female? I never heard of this person but read the CNN article. https://www.cnn.com/2021/01/23/us/jojo-siwa-coming-out-trnd/index.html I then came to Wikipedia but I'm not sure what is the true story. Answers please or fix article to say what is happening. @Ohnoitsjamie: Please add back in the edit you reverted that was made on August 15, 2022 15:53 regarding the detail that Siwa doesn't particularly like the word "lesbian" which caused some controversy. The revert notes that it's because the source is not reliable. The author of the cited source has a masters degree in journalism from Columbia University (author's bio: https://12past12.com/author/10076). The source is reliable. --SurgeIncorporated (talk) 20:21, 15 August 2022 (UTC)
I feel like we need a copyright free image of JoJo Siwa that is more recent in 2022. This current one is almost 5 years old. Techoliver298 (talk) 20:38, 30 October 2022 (UTC)
I am still upset at the removal of the controversy segment PontiacAurora (talk) 03:06, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
Perhaps we should update the category labels for Siwa's sexuality? If she's said that she's not attracted to men, that would suggest she doesn't identify as pansexual anymore. Beggarsbanquet (talk) 07:51, 18 February 2024 (UTC)
I don't agree with the reclassification of the singles from earlier in Siwa's career, while she was a Nickelodeon star, as "promotional" merely because she's trying to change up her image now, so I have reverted this change. I'm not aware of any credible music source describing "Karma" as her first or debut single or that it's even been serviced to US radio, which for a lot of Wikipedia editors seems to be the only thing that makes a song a proper commercial single. (I'm also unsure if "Boomerang" or any other songs were serviced to kids' radio in the US.) "Boomerang" and the others have been pretty comfortably labelled singles for years now. It only gets discussed in future tense, as if it were cancelled. This needs to be fixed.
In 2018, Siwa announced that she would be going on her first major concert tour in 2019, entitled D.R.E.A.M. The Tour. She was scheduled to visit a mixture of theaters, outdoor amphitheaters and stadiums, as well as indoor arenas in a total of 52 cities across the United States and Canada. Additionally, other performances would take place in the United Kingdom and Australia. The tour was scheduled to begin in Phoenix, Arizona on May 17. The first leg of the tour was scheduled to conclude on June 26 in Austin, Texas, before resuming for the second leg on July 10 in Orlando, Florida. The final date was scheduled for August 20 in Vancouver, Canada.
