• Weak oppose: The uppercase for "Of" looks rather strange. I think this is an exception due to the "...", which indicates that some additional words are implied to be present but have been omitted. • Oppose: By the letter of the guideline we should capitalize of, but the ellipsis tells us that this is a truncated title.
