I will try to find some verifiable external links for it
The Chavez part is heavy POV. Especially the fact that many Jewish representatives stepped up in Defense of Chavez is underrepresented. If this is not going to change in a month, I will delete this part. --84.74.154.87 (talk) 01:36, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
http://www.tabletmag.com/jewish-news-and-politics/88901/the-dispossessed Chavez's victory yesterday sent new fears throughout the Jewish community in Venezuela, The Tablet reported yesterday. This is a long, well- documented article about the Jews under Chavez. Profhum (talk) 23:10, 9 October 2012 (UTC)
I am proposing that a new article should be created, possibly titled "Antisemitism in Venezuela".
These are the following reasons:
As with previous discussions I began on other talk pages, let us please stay on topic.--ZiaLater (talk) 17:31, 13 January 2015 (UTC)
Per WP:PROPERSPLIT, when splitting an article into parent/child articles, a summary—"usually of a couple of paragraphs"—is left behind in place of the moved content along with a hatnote, so I went ahead and did this since the new article was created yesterday. I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of History of the Jews in Venezuela's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 04:41, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

There is a move discussion in progress on Talk:History of the Jews in Abkhazia which affects this page. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. —RMCD bot 05:14, 5 June 2020 (UTC)
The sentence below from the section “19th century” may need modification:
Unfortunately, twenty-eight years later, a violent act of anti-Semitism meant that the entire Coro Jewish population of 168 individuals was expelled by govern back to Curacao.
Is “govern” perhaps meant to be “governor” or “government”? ChinaChuck (talk) 16:11, 14 January 2021 (UTC)
