What exactly is his record that should stand forever? His five day record has been broken in five days, even though Ken won many times after that. I think that still qualifies as breaking the record. -R. fiend 19:51, 21 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Nevermind; changed it. -R. fiend 02:28, 24 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Sourcing[edit]

The article needs more sourcing, but it is readily available: http://news.google.com/archivesearch?q=%22Frank+Spangenberg%22+jeopardy&btnG=Search+Archives&ned=us&hl=en THF (talk) 19:08, 2 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Adjusted figures[edit]

I removed the adjusted figures because simply doubling Spangenberg's winnings to match clue values post 2001 is not an accurate comparison. It does not take into account risk/reward strategy of betting and assumes that a player who wagered $x,000 in Final Jeopardy in 1990 would wager double $x,000 post 2001.
