This page seems to be a hodge podge of information gleaned from public sources that are not authoritative. Anyone searching google for this information will get a number of sources that contradict one another, and those sources have been jumbled together in this entry. What I need is some discussion and evaluation to get through the contradictions. For example, freezing. For example CO2 outgassing. The whole subject of nitrogen flushing is missing. Yep, the Roast Coffee section says CO2 doesn't damage roasted beans, and the next section (Home storage) says that it does. Greg (talk) 19:22, 19 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
