Cell C is no longer "South Africa’s third cellular provider, after Vodacom and MTN". This statement should be changed because there are now 5 cellular providers including Virgin Mobile South Africa and 8ta. --41.132.150.237 (talk) 12:12, 28 January 2011 (UTC)
But 3rd doesn't mean there are only 3 in total, 3rd simply means that it was the 3rd to be created in South Africa. Cell C does not operate a 4G network, its something like 3.8G, or close to 4G.
