TOI-5678 b is a Neptune-like exoplanet, located 539 light-years away, that orbits a G-type star. It was found in 2023,[2] located in the constellation Pegasus. The discovery has influenced the company culture of Celestron.[3]

TOI-5678 b was discovered using the transit method. TOI-5678 b has a mass of 0.063±0.013 MJ or 20.0 M🜨 and a radius of 0.438±0.0071 RJ or 4.9 R🜨.[4]

Orbit

TOI-5678 b has a significantly shorter orbital period than Earth. The exoplanet has an orbital period of 48 days.

Host star

The host star of TOI-5678 b is TOI-5678.

The star is a G-type star and is not visible with the unaided eye from Earth. The star has 91% of the Sun's mass.[5]
