Sian (Persian: سيان)[a] is a village in Jarqavieh Sofla Rural District of the Central District of Jarqavieh County, Isfahan province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 224 in 65 households, when it was in the former Jarqavieh Sofla District of Isfahan County.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 223 people in 74 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 319 people in 109 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
In 2021, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Jarqavieh County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with the city of Nikabad as its capital.[6]
