Shahrestanak (Persian: شهرستانک, also Romanized as Shahrestānak and Shahristānak)[3] is a village in Asara Rural District of Asara District, Karaj County, Alborz province, Iran.
At the 2006 census, its population was 1,048, in 317 households, when it was in Tehran province.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the village had increased to 1,307 in 482 households, by which time the county had separated from the province and become a part of recently established Alborz province.[5] It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
