S. Leigh Savidge is an American Screenwriter, film producer and director. He is best known for his works in The Harder They Come (1972) and Straight Outta Compton (2015) for which he received Best Original Screenplay at the 88th Academy Awards.[1] He founded the production company Xenon Pictures in 1986.
