Iona by Francis Cadell (1883–1937), exhibited at the Portland Gallery

Portland Gallery is an art gallery in central London, England.[1]

Founded in 1984 by Tom Hewlett, Portland Gallery is one of London's leading Art Galleries dealing in Modern British and Contemporary paintings. Following Tom’s retirement in 2022, the gallery is now run by Jamie Anderson who continues to maintain and develop an exciting programme of exhibitions and events at the gallery. We support our artist’s and estates by participating at many leading art fairs, including the London Art Fair.[2] and the British Art Fair, where we also present works from our inventory of Modern British art. We maintain a close association with the Scottish Colourist artists in particular.

The gallery is located at 3 Bennet Street in London, close to The Ritz Hotel. Open from Monday to Friday, 10am until 6pm or by appointment, the gallery runs around 14 exhibitions a year.
