Paadu Nilave (தமிழ்: பாடு நிலாவே; English: O Moon, please sing) is a 1987 Tamil romantic film was directed by K. Rangaraj and produced by Ilango. The film's screenplay were written by M. G. Vallaban and Story were written by R.. Selvaraj and dialogue written by E. Ramadas respectively. Music by Ilaiyaraaja assets to the film. It starring Mohan and Nadhiya portraying lead roles with Ravichandran and Senthil portraying pivotal roles.[1][2]

After being rejected in love, a man decides to get his revenge from a renowned singer.

Music by Ilaiyaraaja and lyrics written by Vaali. The playback singers consists of S. P. Balasubramanyam, K. S. Chithra and Mano. "Malaiyoram Vessum Katru" is based on the Keeravani raga.[3] "Vaa Veliye" is based on Shubhapantuvarali raga.[4]
