Neoechinorhynchus is a genus of parasitic worms belonging to the family Neoechinorhynchidae.[1]

The genus has cosmopolitan distribution.[1]

Neoechinorhynchus Stiles and Hassall, 1905 has two subgenera, Hebesoma and Neoechinorhynchus, with many species:
