Miss Teacher is a 2015 Nigerian drama film directed by Serah Donald Onyeachor. It stars Chika Ike, Joseph Benjamin, and Liz Benson Ameye, and was produced by Chika Ike.[1]
Miss Teacher Nwanne is a kind woman who ends up in a community with broken down educational facilities and few amenities. Rather than let her past weigh her down, she seeks to make a positive impact on those around her in her new environment. She gets a job as a teacher in the community school, helping students overcome their struggles.[2]
Most of the film's scenes were filmed in Enugu State.[3]
The film premiered at the Genesis Deluxe Cinema Enugu on 26 December 2014,[4] releasing in theaters across Nigeria on 25 September 2015.[5]
