Malcolmiella is a genus of lichenized fungi in the family Pilocarpaceae.[1]

The genus name of Malcolmiella is in honour of William McLagan Malcolm (b.1936), a (American-) New Zealander botanist (Bryology, Lichenology and Mycology) and botanical illustrator.[2]

The genus was circumscribed by _ Antonin Vezda in Sched. Lich. Rar. Exs., Fasc. XXVII: 2 in 1997.

It has only one known species, Malcolmiella cinereovirens Vězda.[3]
