Leiognathus berbis, commonly known as the Berbis ponyfish, is a fish of brackish and marine waters found from Indo-West Pacific to along the Indian coasts and off Sri Lanka. As its relatives, the fish is a demersal species where they feeds on small crustaceans and bivalves. [2]
