Honam Rural District (Persian: دهستان هنام), formerly Selseleh Rural District (دهستان سلسله),[3] is in the Central District of Selseleh County, Lorestan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Sarab-e Seyah Push.[5]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 6,788 in 1,504 households.[6] There were 6,477 inhabitants in 1,640 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,207 in 1,768 households. The most populous of its 71 villages was Sarab-e Saqqa, with 435 people.[2]
