Heruz Rural District (Persian: دهستان هروز) is in Kuhsaran District of Ravar County, Kerman province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Hojedk.[3]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 3,436 in 938 households.[4] There were 2,859 inhabitants in 918 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,102 in 1,642 households. The most populous of its 73 villages was Heruz-e Sofla, with 416 people.[2]
