Dubovets (Russian: Дубовец) is a rural locality (a khutor) in Polevskoy Selsoviet Rural Settlement, Kursky District, Kursk Oblast, Russia. Population: 10 (2010 Census);[2] 9 (2002 Census);[8]
The khutor is located 111 km from the Russia–Ukraine border, 27 km south-east of the district center – the town Kursk, 11 km from the selsoviet center – Polevaya.[9]
Dubovets has a warm-summer humid continental climate (Dfb in the Köppen climate classification).
