American judge (1928–1992)
Sam R. Harshbarger (September 9, 1928 – September 6, 1992) was a justice of the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia from January 1, 1977 to December 31, 1984.
Harshbarger received a B.A. from West Virginia University, followed by a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School.
Harshbarger was a Democratic.
