Dr. Pravir Malik (born Oct 24, 1963) is an American technologist [1]and a scholar known for his contributions to quantum computing. [2]He is the founder and chief technologist of QIQuantum, a company exploring an innovative quantum computing architecture rooted in fractal patterns that connect various scales of matter and life.

Early Life and Education

Dr.Malik was born on October 24, 1963, in Mumbai, India. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, followed by a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Florida. His academic journey extended into business and management, leading him to earn a Master of Management from the Kellogg School of Management. Dr. Malik's educational pursuits culminated in a Doctorate in Mathematics of Innovation in Complex Adaptive Systems from the University of Pretoria. [citation needed]

Dr. Malik started serving as a partner at Galaxiez in 2022. It is a consultancy firm that applies his unified theory and mathematics of organization to model and enhance complex systems, contributing to problem-solving and strategy development.[1]

In May 2022, Dr.Malik founded QIQuantum, a company focusing on quantum computing research. The company develops a unique quantum computing architecture inspired by a fractal model, aiming to connect patterns at different levels of matter and life. This approach has the potential to make significant advancements in quantum computing technology. [1]

Moreover, Malik is a regular contributor to Forbes, where he leads the Technology Council group for quantum computing, and has designed and led several events and certification programs for executives over the years.[3][1]
