Oren Phil Coler (June 20, 1925 – December 4, 1978)[1] was a justice of the South Dakota Supreme Court from 1974 to 1977.[2]

Born in De Grey, South Dakota.

He served In the Navy during World War II. Coler was a former South Dakota Supreme Court Justice and had a private law practice in Chamberlain before his appointment as revenue secretary In 1977. He married Marge Koehler Aug. 29, 1947, at Chamberlain.[1]
