Dr. Pagilla's journey in engineering began with his undergraduate studies at Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, followed by a master's at the University of Oklahoma, and culminating in a Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.[4]
Starting as an Assistant Civil Engineer, Dr. Pagilla transitioned to academia, where he rose through the ranks from Assistant to Associate, and then full Professor, before assuming his current leadership roles at the University of Nevada, Reno.[5][6]
