John Lancaster Goodwyn (October 13, 1903 – April 22, 1968) was a justice of the Supreme Court of Alabama from 1951 to 1968.
"Goodwyn earned his bachelor's degree in 1925 and his law degree the following year from the University of Alabama". [1]
"John L. Goodwyn was appointed as an Associate Justice on September 27, 1951, to fill the vacancy occasioned by Justice Livingston’s appointment to Chief Justice".[2]
