American judge (1819–1910)
James Baker (April 1, 1819 – October 16, 1910)[1] was a justice of the Supreme Court of Missouri in 1868.[2]
He attended Indiana University Bloomington and "continued his studies in the office of James Grant in Davenport, Iowa".[1]
