Clarence M. Botts (January 30, 1881 – January 4, 1963)[1] was a justice of the New Mexico Supreme Court from December 26, 1922 to December 31, 1924. He was not nominated for reelection.

Born near Plymouth, Illinois, and raised on a farm, Botts moved to New Mexico in 1905. He was the Republican candidate for Governor of New Mexico in 1930.[1]
