The Dotted Line Foundation (DLF) is a Canadian private foundation. Based in Vancouver, Canada, it was launched in March 2021 by Jaden Choi and Justin Jin. Through content on digital media, the group focuses on development in the Niger Delta,^[1] free artistic education for children,^[2] and other environmental sustainability and community improvement activities.^[3]
